PIP: (Personal Independence Payments)

What is Personal Independence Payment (PIP)? PIP is a benefit which helps with some of the extra costs caused by long-term ill-health or disability. You must be aged 16 or over to claim PIP. You can receive it whether you are in work or not. PIP is not means-tested and is tax-free.
