Celebrating a special occasion?

Why not ask your friends, family and loved ones to donate to a cause that's close to your heart?

It’s easy to get started:

1. Set a fundraising goal

Determine a realistic and inspiring fundraising target that’ll give a clear goal for your friends and family.

2. Choose the duration of your fundraiser

Select a timeframe that gives you space for promoting the event and the best possible opportunity for donations.

3. Tell your story

Personalise your fundraiser by sharing a heartfelt message explaining why you’re supporting us.

  • Do you have a personal connection to someone with a visual impairment?
  • Are you passionate about ensuring equal opportunities for all children?
  • Share your motivations to inspire others to join your cause!

4. Select a cover photo and title

Choose an image that reflects the spirit of your celebration, and craft a clear and concise title that mentions your birthday or special occasion and your support for RSBC.

5. Spread the word

Share your fundraiser with your friends and family, and watch your birthday become an occasion that empowers children with vision impairment.
